1. About Us
These terms govern purchases made from Gore Computers, Shrirampur, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra 413709 (GSTIN: 27ALGPG9830R1ZD), whether through gorecomputers.com, WhatsApp, phone, or in-store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
All devices sold are certified pre-owned (refurbished) business-grade computers unless explicitly stated as new. Every device undergoes our 25-point quality check, is professionally cleaned and tested, and ships with a genuine Windows license. Product photos are of actual stock or representative units of the same model and grade. Minor cosmetic wear consistent with the stated condition grade may be present — this does not affect performance and is reflected in the price.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. A GST invoice is provided with every purchase. Online payments are processed via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We also accept UPI transfer, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and cash for in-store purchases. "Original price" shown on product pages refers to the approximate market launch price of the equivalent new device and is provided for comparison only. Prices and stock are subject to change without notice. In case of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order with a full refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation via trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location. Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp/email after dispatch. Pan-India delivery is available. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please record an unboxing video when opening your parcel — it is required for any transit-damage claim.
5. Warranty
Devices include the warranty period stated on the product page covering hardware defects in normal use. Warranty covers repair or replacement of the faulty component or unit at our discretion. Warranty does not cover: physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs or opening of the device, software issues caused by the user, batteries beyond their stated health, or normal wear. To claim warranty, contact us with your invoice number — we will guide you through the process.
6. Returns & Cancellations
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In short: returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery only if the device is not as described; change-of-mind returns are not accepted on certified pre-owned devices.
7. Bulk, Dealer & Institutional Orders
Bulk pricing, dealer terms, and institutional/rental agreements are quoted separately and may carry their own written terms which prevail over these general terms for those transactions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect losses such as data loss (please back up your data), lost profits, or downtime. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Indian consumer law.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.
